Job Role

The mission, if you choose to accept, will be to support the sales and management teams, as well as respond to customer and prospect queries. We expect the perfect candidate to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations through organization, communication, and administrative assistance.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Inbound calls handling and sales team coordinating
  • Outbound calls to customers
  • Communicate to customers, employees, and vendors by phone/email
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer files, account statuses, and relevant problems.
  • Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
  • Schedule meetings for the sales and construction team
  • Writing emails, transcribing notes, faxing, copying, creating spreadsheets, and printing documents figure heavily in your day. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must
  • You might need to relay messages or instructions from your supervisor to others. Good listening and communication skills ensure that the information is relayed correctly
  • Completes all license renewals on a timely basis
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all transactions
  • Obtains certificates of insurance, as needed
  • Maintain and update contacts and jobs in CRM system

Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass a 7-year background check, and MVR
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • Must have previous experience in CRMs, Microsoft Suite and scheduling
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Previous Military experience is preferred
